Set your account preferences - hold notifications

Personalize how you are notified of available holds. This will fill in the Create/Edit Hold form every time you place a hold:

  1. Click My Account and login
  2. Click Account Preferences
  3. At Default Hold Notification Method select one:
    • Use Phone and Email
    • Use Phone Only
    • Use Email Only
  4. Click Save Preference Changes
  5. You may need to logout and log back in for your changes to take effect

If your preferred phone number does not appear in the Create/Edit Holds form, or you wish to use a different contact number, please contact your library and request that they change your preferred phone number.

You can change or add an email address in your Account Summary.
